When you create a HomeTrack account we collect:

• Household information you choose to enter (insurance details, vehicle information, pet details, medical summaries etc.)
• Usage data to improve the service

What we do not collect

HomeTrack is explicitly designed to avoid storing:

• Passwords or login credentials for other services
• Full copies of legal documents (wills, powers of attorney)
• Financial account numbers or payment details beyond what is required for subscription billing

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the HomeTrack service
• Send you weekly digest emails and reminders

• Process your subscription payments

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in New Zealand. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
