The service

HomeTrack provides household information management and reminder services. We are not a legal, financial, or medical advice service. Information stored in HomeTrack is for reference purposes only.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You may not share your account with others.

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase
• Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use HomeTrack for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Resell or redistribute the service

Data and privacy

Your use of HomeTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

HomeTrack is provided "as is". We make no warranties about availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. We strongly recommend keeping a printed PDF backup of your ICE profile.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of HomeTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
